The Luen family of Belgium obviously also like to keep a low profile.

The only direct internet reference we can find to either company comes the single press release advertising the Entersoft deal (reproduced in the post below). And by even greater coincidence the only result of a google search on the “luen family’ of Belgium was the same release.

Despite their low profile, we do know that Lan Capital was actively touting their business to prospective purchasers of online casinos through the purchase of search key words on a wide range of sites.

We don’t know how successful they were, but clearly any potential client reading their press releases and perusing their website would have been impressed by their credentials.

We can understand that some companies wish to keep a low profile, and online casinos tend to operate under complex international company arrangements. It seems peculiar though that despite having had a seemingly straightforward Melbourne address, Lan Capital itself seems to have never been registered as an Australian company.

The Australian Government were perhaps unaware that they had such an internet success story in their midst, and will no doubt be keen to find out more – surely there should be some sort of award in the offering?

We imaging that ASIC, the ATO the ACC and other relevant government bodies will also be interested to understand more about the activities of this company in order to make sure that their paper work is in order and that nothing is amiss.

The General Manager of the company is a person by the name of “Alfy Lake” but we’ve not been able to find any real life references to a person by that name and the company’s virtual office number seems to have been disconnected in the past few months.

The only contact point that remains seems to be Andrew Landeryou, who given his possession of a form that might be related to LanCapital’s ASIC registration and his other involvements in online casinos, will no doubt be pleased to help the authorities tracking down the company.

Of course we will all stay tuned

The vanishing post

We don't know what caused the previous post to vanish - Good recall is rare over the failed IQ Corporation, writes Leonie Wood.

When retail tycoon Solomon Lew invested $4million in a company controlled by Andrew Landeryou and his business partner Ed Dale in February 2000, there were big plans to use the funds to build a sports statistics and online gaming group.

Investors from Britain, the Channel Islands and Switzerland had committed a further $4million, in part fuelled by high hopes that the company, IQ Corporation, would win lucrative contracts to supply media outlets with detailed sports data from football matches in Australia and soccer games in Britain and Israel.

It was the peak of the sharemarket boom, IQ had plans to float and Lew wanted a piece of it.

His company, Jordanlane Pty Ltd, ended up with 23 per cent and his closest adviser, Michael McLeod was appointed to the IQ board. Then it all went sour.

Four years later it has degenerated into an unseemly, bitter fight between the powerful Lew interests and the high-profile Landeryou family as a court-appointed liquidator tries to determine what happened to IQ's funds, its books and records, and whatever operating assets it once owned.

But the liquidator's task is made more difficult because, as the Federal Court has heard, most of IQ's books and records have vanished. Judging by the paucity of documents submitted by IQ's former officers to a liquidator's examination this week, IQ's liquidator Gideon Rathner of Lowe Lippmann has quite a task in front of him to resolve the puzzle.

More information is likely to emerge when the examination gets into full swing on August 24. But so far there are far more questions than answers about the curious link-up between the Lew interests and the Landeryous, and how the $8million was spent.

Back in 2000, McLeod said the Lew empire was "very impressed with IQ's management, proprietary technology and their advanced development of a global strategy. We are also pleased with what they have achieved to date and, going forward, we are confident about their business plan."

IQ Media in the late 1990s was a fledgling company with a few ideas on supplying sports statistics to the media. For a brief period, it supplied sport stats to The Age.

In 1999, according to Landeryou, IQ Media's business was sold to IQ Corp, both the IQ Media brand name and an online education business were sold to Isis Corp and Landeryou and Dale toyed with plans to float IQ Corp.

Landeryou said he had known Lew and McLeod for some years and their interest in IQ's prospects evolved into a shareholding. What happened after that time is in dispute.

Troubles first surfaced publicly in mid-2003 when McLeod asked the Federal Court to force IQ's other directors and company officers to give him access to IQ's books and records.

His solicitors told the court then that McLeod was not getting any communication or information from IQ's officers, and that there was trouble locating either the company or its officers or fellow directors when serving court papers ....

Stay tuned

The rent check

According to this report in the Australian, Marbain was still in control of at least the UBAR in June 2003.

The Australian
Louise Perry

A COMPANY believed to be secretly controlled by a former Melbourne University Student Union president and an Australian Labor Party insider was given a $28,000 discount by the union on overdue rent for on-campus food and drink outlets. But when the agreed amount of $49,000 was paid to MUSU, the cheque disappeared and was never banked by the union, the Victorian Supreme Court heard this week.

Marbain Group was a company allegedly controlled by Benjamin Cass -- MUSU president in 2000 -- and ALP apparatchik Andrew Landeryou, but used a "stooge" director to help win union contracts. Marbain was given the leases to two food outlets and the university bar but in a review of MUSU contracts Melbourne law firm Deacons found the contracts were unusually favourable to Marbain.

Gary Bigmore QC, on behalf of the liquidators of the now defunct union, said that once Marbain had won the leases from MUSU, the company sublet one of them to another company -- pocketing $1.2million. He said the leases had been signed for 15 years, even though the union was supposed to only give out five-year leases.

By June 2003, after about six months of not paying rent, the court heard that Marbain owed the union $77,583. Former MUSU commercial services director Dean Sherriff told the court last week that he picked up the cheque from Marbain stooge director Matthew Keats at a coffee shop in Lygon Street, Carlton. He said he then handed over the cheque to an employee in the finance department, but had no idea why it was never banked or seen again.

Former MUSU president Scott Crawford told the court that Mr Sherriff had negotiated the discount on rent owing without permission from the MUSU executive. Despite the missing cheque, MUSU paid Marbain more than $40,000 to cover some missing or broken items in the Ubar"

Yet according to this report in the Age Andrew Landeryou transferred money to HongKong and Cyprus June 2002.

"Andrew Landeryou, son of a former Victorian government minister, transferred $1 million to Hong Kong before he went missing. From there most of the money was sent to a bank account in Cyprus, the Supreme Court was told.

The Melbourne businessman and ALP insider asked stockbroker Kris Knauer to set up a nominee company and a bank account in Hong Kong, saying he had $1 million to invest on the international sharemarket......

.... In May 2003, he asked Mr Knauer to set up a nominee company beneficial to Mr Landeryou in Hong Kong and an account with the Shanghai Commercial Bank. Mr Knauer's local associate, Vincent Yu, did this.

Emails produced by Mr Knauer showed the money had been transferred to a Hong Kong nominee company, Sunrock Ltd, in two "cut-out" tranches in June 2003. Afterwards $100,000 had been transferred back to Australia to Arrowhead Media Sales, a company controlled by Mr Landeryou's brother-in-law, Mathew Mason, while $885,000 had been transferred to the credit of the Cyprus-incorporated company, Avonwood Ltd, at the Bank of Cyprus in Nicosia"

Stay tuned

Marbain leases

While Mr Linden corporate relationship with Lush Bar Australia was brief, he clearly had ongoing links with the bar at the Union.

In proceedings in the Industrial Relations Court relating to Mr. Linden's redundancy, both he and Whities at least agreed that Mr Linden had worked for Whities since they took over operation of the bar on July 31 2003. Mr Linden said that he had also worked for the company that had previously managed the bar.

Mr. Linden makes no mention of who that was, but if was not Whities as is now apparent, then it must have been Marbain itself or another company they had assigned the lease to.

We do know that the proceeds from the assignment of MUSU leases were alledgedly transferred by Marbain to Hong Kong prior to July 31 - so either Whities paid the money in advance to Marbain or in relation to another transaction - or the money came from another source.

Whities did in fact register a charge in relation to a loan with the Arab Bank Australia that could have relate to the payment - but the loan was not finalised until late July.

Stay Tuned.

Lush Bar Australia

It is not clear who was behind this company, as there appears to be little publicly available shareholder information.

We presume, however, that they had something to do with operating bars at MUSU - as their principal place of business was listed as the first floor of Union House.

It is also fairly safe to assume that this company was somehow related to other companies mentioned in posts below. Their registered address was also (falsely claimed) to be co/ Newell Lock - where it appears companies of a feather liked to flock together.

We also know that after its initial establishment in February 2003, a person by the name of Peter Linden was appointed its’ sole director and secretary. We believe Mr. Linden was a manager of the INU bar until early 2004, when he was made redundant by the operators of the bar, Whities Pty Ltd.

Shortly after his appointment to the company, however, Mr. Linden met with 'the company' where he informed them of his intention to resign.

He followed up in writing the same day and requested that they notify ASIC accordingly.

An analysis of the documents lodged by the company with ASIC over this period though, show a number of peculiarities:

Firstly, the form lodged with ASIC notifying them of Mr. Linden's original appointment to the company in February, appears to have not been signed by him until April 1 - several days after he had notified the company of his resignation.

Secondly, it appears that Mr. Linden continued to sign documents on the company's behalf after his resignation. On April 1, he signed a document notifying ASIC of an issue of shares that took effect in February, and on the same day he notified ASIC that the company's registered address had moved to Newell Lock.

Thirdly, ASIC was notified by the company on the April 11 of Mr. Linden's resignation and the appointment of a new director as of April 4 - rather than March 28.

It is possible that Mr Linden Agreed agreed to hold over his resignation from March 28 to April 4, so that he could continue to conduct business for the company - except he also submitted a documents to ASIC later in the year that seemed to affirm, in fairly unequivocal terms, that he believed he had resigned on March 28.

Obviously, the resignation of Mr. Linden, and the lack of a continuing director, posed some difficulties to the principals of the company.

But as is usual in these matters, there appeared to be a willing associate on hand, and a person by the name of Paul Keats agreed to replace Mr. Linden as company director.

Paul Keats was apparently born in Canberra in 1973, and at the time resided at Dindina Crt, Fraser View QLD.

We wondered of course whether Paul Keats might be related to Matthew Keats, who was also known to be involved in Melbourne University bar related businesses. From their birth dates they could be close brothers - being born only one year and two days apart.

We then wondered whether Paul's parents had perhaps styled his name after Paul Keating - who we believe has also been fondly referred to as ‘keats' - but we dismissed that as just as absurd as suggestions that Andrew Jackson's parents (Marbain Director) had styled his name after the American President.

We remain uncertain as to the identity of the true principals of the company, or the nature of the relationship between Matt Keats and Paul Keats they do seem to share a lot in common.

Stay Tuned.

And once more

Either Newell &
What we do know, however, is that the application for registration of the company was submitted by a person called ‘Damien Allen Green’ of Kensington, and was signed Matthew Mason as the sole director of the company.

The company’s registered address was the familiar 2 Jackson St Toorak, and its principal place of business was the Carlton Commercial Centre, which it shared with Arrowhead Media Sales.

In 2002, ASIC records show that Nick Church, acting as an agent, submitted a form advising ASIC that the company’s registered address would also move from the Carlton Commercial Centre. Presumably that meant that any ASIC correspondence would be routed through Jackson St. and not end up in the wrong place.

Again, the form was signed “Matthew Mason” as sole director of the company.

Later that year, Church lodged another document advising ASIC that the name of the company had changed to “Training Events”. Maybe the debt solution business hadn’t worked out as they had hoped.

While this form was also signed Matthew Mason, in this case no effort seems to have been made to reproduce any of Mason’s previous signatures.

Matthew Mason has given testimony that when he raised the issues of his name and signature appearing in relation to companies that he had nothing to do with, he was told by Andrew Landeryou that he ‘would fix it’.

Eventually the company applied for voluntary deregistration in 2005.

In this instance, the application for deregistration was lodged by Newell Lock & Co. ( 2 Jackson St Toorak), and while a signature was affixed to Matthew Mason’s name it was also clearly signed by a person different than above.

Just why it was so important to hide the identity of those really behind the company we are not sure - perhaps it was an exercise in charitable giving to a good cause - and the donors wished to remain anonymous. Landeryou has known to be interested in such things, and even backed an enterprise called "citizens against poverty"- more of which we will talk about later.

In the meantime the mind continues to boggle - but never fear the truth seems always to have a way of turning up.

Stay Tuned.
Arrowhead Media Sales

Arrowhead Media Sales:

Whilst the majority of the funds from the Marbain transaction seem to have ended up in Cyprus - $100,000 found its way back to Australia to an account in the name of Arrowhead Media Sales.

Arrowhead was allegedly controlled by Mathew Mason, Landeryou’s brother-in-law who was listed on ASIC records as the company's sole director, secretary and shareholder.

It seems though, that despite (again) having no formal role in the company, the account itself was controlled solely by Andrew Landeryou.

Mr Mason, however, told the court during the Liquidators examination, that he had no knowledge of being an officer of the company and that his signature on company documents were forgeries.

When asked who might have been involved in these arrangements, he replied that the only person he knew who would be involved in these type of things would be his brother-in-law Andrew Landeryou.

Landeryou, has at various times disputed this evidence - arguing on his blogsite that Mr. Mason’s testimony was misrepresented and that Mason was fully aware of his involvement.

In April of this year, however, Mason sent a letter to ASIC trying to finally settle the matter and stated categorically he had never been involved in the company, and that the signature on the application was clearly a forgery:

In his letter Mason says:

With regard to your letter dated 29 March 2006 (copy enclosed), I am unable to comply. I’m sure you’ll understand that I cannot resign from a company I was never and office holder of. I would like to reiterate, I am not connected with this company in any way nor have I ever been. At no stage did I agree to become involved with the company in any way. I am not and never have been an officeholder, shareholder or employee.

Please take not of the signature at the bottom of this letter. This is my signature. I can assure you that any documentation you have referring to Arrowhead Media Sales Pty Ltd has not been signed by me…”

All we can say is that somebody is not telling the truth.

The extent of Arrowheads business dealings is unclear, but we do know that the company was at least involved in casino marketing and that Nick Church, amongst others, have been listed at various times as employees.

We also know that Arrowhead was also the registering agent for a company called Halal Poultry of which Dean Sherriff claimed to be General Manager.

At ths stage we can only speculate what relationship and synergies might exists between the businesses of casino marketing and Halal Poultry.

Curiously, a company called "Arrowhead Media" also seems to have held 220,000 options in a company called FSA Group Ltd a publicly traded company on the ASX which specialises in debt relief and restructuring.

While we are unclear about what these options were granted for – we are sure that more information will come to light.

Stay tuned.

Institutional Services

Institutional Services another of a string of companies that had the spotlight thrown on it during the MUSU Liquidation and where Landeryou and others seemed to go to great lengths to hide their invovment with.

Landeryou has said that he wanted to conceal his identity out of fear that if his identity was revealed it could negatively impact both his own and his wife’s political careers.

An interesting admission.

According to Landeryou, the purpose of Institutional services was to help MUSU reduce costs by avoiding the Unions Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and outsourcing the jobs to presumably cheaper labour.

In Andrew's own words:

“Institutional Services provided cleaning services to MUSU and significantly reduced their costs. The very high EBA meant that MUSU were then keen on outsourcing, so it was intended that it would outsource all of those high cost areas and generate very considerable savings to MUSU.”.

Exactly how Landeryou’s company achieved such cost-savings is itself an interesting question.

It also appeaers that Nick Church was involved with the company as he had been with other companies and causes associated with Landeryou - more on that later.

In relation to Institutional Services Dean McVeigh had sought:

“$215,000 from Landeryou, Ray, Crawford and Lisle-Williams over the allegedly improper appointment of Institutional Services Pty Ltd.

This company was allegedly secretly established by and for Landeryou with a nominal director, and was used as an intermediary for the supply of building and security services for the union building”

The nominal Directors of the company were Paul Kozary and Emerson Walsh Summers.

Paul Kozary was originally appointed as the company’s sole director, secretary and shareholder but later resigned (perhaps following a court order to wind up the company initiated by Frehils which we will find out more about)

On his resignation as director, Kozary appointed ‘Emerson Walsh Summers’ as his replacement.

Andrew would later admit that he knew Paul Kozary (though they hadn’t been in contact for some time), but that not only had he never met Summers (like Andrew Jackson from Marbain), he had never even heard of him.

Summers, however, served as director of the company until September 1 2005, when (at the time the directors of Marbain were replaced), a form was lodged and signed by Andrew Landeryou advising ASIC of the cessation of both Emerson Walsh’s and Paul Kozary’s roles in the company.

On September 6 a meeting of “the Director’ (Andrew Landeryou) of Institutional Services then apparently took place and Andrew Dunner was appointed Administrator.

A week later the first meeting of creditors was held and was attended by two voting creditors - Andrew Landeryou – as creditor owed $250,000 and by D Dunne (for Dean McVeigh – as (presumably contingent) creditor owed $215,135.

Darren Ray and Ben Cass were both there as observers.

In early October, the second meeting of creditors was held and was attended by only two voting creditors - Andrew Landeryou ( $250,000) and D Duong (Australian Tax office) $1.

Motions were again moved by Andrew Landeryou to place the company into liquidation and to destroy the records of the company.

So another one bites the dust – another company placed into liquidation on the motion of Landeryou in his capacity as a creditor of the company he had effectively controlled.

Stay tuned.

IQ Oil

Following from the previous post, we really have no idea who Ibrahim Sleiman is, other than the fact that he seems to be involved in various poker machine related businesses (Crown Jewel of Lillydale etc) - one of the companies at the centre of the Liquidators enquiry into the collapse of the Melbourne University Student Union.

We will provide a more detailed history of the company at a later point - but it may be worthwhile to quickly 'catch up' on the fate of the company since it was last in the public eye.

In terms of the Liquidation of MUSU, Marbain was probably the most significant involved - with potential claims against it in the order of $1,200,000.

It is also one of the companies that Darren Ray and others point to when they criticise Dean McVeigh on the basis that many of the companies he is pursuing are in liquidation - and therefore unlikely to be able to settle any claim against them.

Before action against it could be finalised, Marbain was indeed placed in liquidation - but an analysis of the events and personalities surrounding its demise provide an intersting insight into the whole saga.

During the MUSU Liqidators examination, it became clear that despite the fact that the shareholders (and directors) of the company were listed as Matthew Keats and Andrew Jackson - Andrew Landeryou and Ben Cass ultimately controlled the company.

(Andrew Landeryou says that Matthew Keats was the General Manager - but speculation had arisen over the identity of Andrew Jackson - who Andrew says he never met and who the liquidators said they had failed to locate).

Before the MUSU claim against Marbain could be realised, however, both Matthew Keats and Andrew Jackson resigned as directors of the company, (although it appears they remained shareholders), and Andrew Landeryou was appointed the company's sole director and secretary.

Within days Andrew Landeryou set in train the process to place the company under external administration and to call a meeting of the company's creditors.

Whilst we have no knowledge of the other affairs of the company at the time, the first creditors meeting the following week was attended by the following interesting list of creditors:

Andrew Landeryou – $8,000
Benjamin Cass - $300,000
Deborah Dunn (representing Dean McVeigh) $1,200,000

Darren Ray was also present as an observer.

The minutes of the meeting show the following questions asked by Deborah Dunn (for the liquidaator)

D Dunn: –

Requested details of the appointment and if a shareholders meeting had been held as she had sought to locate the shareholders previously and had not been successful?

A Dunner:

Advised that a shareholders meeting had been held and subsequent changes had been filed with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission

D Dunn:

Asked if Mr Landeryou would explain his physical actions in the company?

A Landeryou”

Did not reply to this request

D Dunn

Requested Mr Landeryou to provide an explanation as to the reason for the appointment of the administrator due to the short period of time since his appointment as a director?

A Landeryou

Again did not wish to reply to this request/

A Dunner

As a creditor who claims a debt of approximately $300,000

A general discussion followed as to the basis of the informal proof of debts lodged for this meeting.

D Dunn

Asked Mr. B Cass if he would advise the meeting as to his relationship with the company.

B Cass

Did not wish to reply to this request

The Second Meeting of Creditors:

On the 4th of October a second meeting of creditors was convened.

Present as creditors were Darren Ray (proxy for Ben Cass) - $250,000 and
A Landeryou - $8,000

At the meeting it was voted amongst other things:

- to place the company into liquidation
- to appoint Andrew Dunner as Liquidator
- that no committee of inspection be appointed and that
- subject to obtaining the approval of ASIC… the books and records of the company and working papers of the liquidator be
disposed of by the liquidator six (6) months after the dissolution of the company.

In short, Marbain was finally placed into liquidation by a motion of its creditors who ended up being non other than Ben Cass and Andrew Landeryou – the very people who controlled the company in the first place.

Stay tuned to find out the fate of some of other companies involved in the MUSU Liquidation.

No prizes for guessing

The Director's Seat

ASIC Records show that Andrew Landeryou has been a Director or shareholder of the following "Australian" companies:

Institutional Services
Marbain
National Retail Investments
Zoes Emporium
Multicenter Australia
Synergy Metals
Global Tertiary Solutions
Century Bet
IQ Corporation
IQ First
IQ Interactive
IQ Services
IQ Sports
Message IQ

Over the coming weeks we will take a deeper look at these companies and shed some light on their activities, directors and shareholders.

Stay Tuned.

LanCapital

In 2003, an application to register a company called 'National Retail Investments' was lodged with ASIC. The document was lodged by Andrew Landeryou who was listed as its' sole Director and Shareholder.

A closer look at the application shows, however, that at some point prior to it being submitted, the name and details of the company to be registered were changed.

The form originally contained registration information for a company called "Lan Capital" of 357 Collins St Melbourne - but were later scribbled out and replaced with those of 'National Retail Investments' of 114 Park Drive Parkville.

There could be a number of explanations for the situation - Andrew may have found an old application somewhere and decided it was better to recyle it or he may have been part-way through doing a favour for a friend.

Whatever the explanation, however, LanCapital is an interesting company in its own right and it seems is also (or was) quite active in the Online Casino industry.

A google search of Lan Capital shows the following details:

"Lan Capital

Our management team has over 100 years of experience in the gambling industry and over 500 completed projects, so whether you are looking for funding, investments, to sell an gaming property or to buy a gaming property, LanCapital is your safe bet.

Products and Services

Online Gaming > Online Gaming > Other > Business Brokerage and Investment Services
International Business Brokerage and Investment Services

Administration and Finance > Finance & Accounting > Brokerage > Casino Brokerage and Investment services
Casino Brokerage and Investment services

Online Gaming > Online Gaming > Consulting > Casino Brokerage and Investment services
Casino Brokerage and Investment services

Online Gaming > Online Gaming > Turnkey Solution Providers > Casino Brokerage and Investment services
Casino Brokerage and Investment services

Headquarters

367 Collins Street
Melbourne, Victoria 3000
Australia

Phone: +61 3 9221 6262
Fax: +61 3 9221 6161
Website: Lan Capital
E-mail: info@lancapital.com

The only other mention we can find is the following Press Release which was widely published across the internet.

"LanCapital Funds Entersoft Online Casino Management Buyout

LanCapital was selected by Entersoft to arrange finance for the management buyout of one of the world's biggest online casino investments. Entersoft has 500 online casino properties, including online casinos for sale at any one time. At EUR35M, it is the one of the largest online casino investments ever.

(PRWEB via PRWeb) January 22 2004--The Directors of Entersoft, with the assistance of Ernst Young, and LanCapital, are delighted to announce the completion of their buyout of the online casino and sports betting company from outside investors.

The current Management team and the Group's new Chairman, Mr Paul Schnieder, have completed a 15 million MBI/MBO of both Entersoft Systems Ltd and Entersoft Solutions Ltd from a group of predominantly Belgian investors to form the combined Entersoft Group with effect from Wednesday 13th November 2003.

"There are many online casinos for sale and online casino investments, but none of the online casinos for sale we looked at could compare with the group of online casinos we'd actually created ourselves over the past six years," said Mr Schneider.

Established in 1997, Entersoft attracted significant support from prominent European investors, including the famed Luen family of Belgium, in 1988. Entersoft since then delivered consistent sales and earnings growth.

"No shareholder has been delivered less than 100% on their investment in the Entersoft Group, which we are particularly proud of," said Mr Schneider.

Entersoft, with operations in Malta, Antigua and Costa Rica is one of the leading online leisure providers in the world, with a call center expertise in online casinos unrivalled in the world. The company currently holds in excess of 10% of the UK market share, and is particularly prominent in competitive Asian and sub-continental markets.

Management changes within the existing team will see Clark Ngai assume the role of Sales Director with responsibility for both the UK and Latin American markets. Tony Jacobs moves to become Business Development Director and Graham Cornes has been appointed as the new Finance Director.

Sid McTavish, Group Managing Director of Entersoft commented:

"We have enjoyed many years of success with all our investors and we are really looking forward to continuing success as an independent, privately held management owned company. Recently introduced products are now establishing themselves in all our major markets providing Entersoft with a strong base for the future. Our strategy is very different to the Israeli online casino company, Casino on Net or 888.com but we are just as profitable if not more so."

Despite our searching, however, we have failed to find a company called LanCapital currently or previously registered in Australia - which is clearly a mistake.

Several weeks ago the telephone number above listed above was answered by a receptionist in the name of "LanCapital" but unfortunately she was unable to provide any of the Company's details. It would seem, though, that as of today the telephone number has been disconnected.

If anyone does manage to find an ACN or ABN - or any more details of the company we'd be happy to follow up.

Stay Tuned
